Celebrity Cruises embraces a ‘casual chic’ dress code that balances comfort with sophistication.
During the day, casual resort wear is perfect. Think sundresses and skirts, shorts or slacks, polos and appropriate layers. For poolside lounging, swimwear and cover-ups, t-shirts and tanks are welcome. Remember to account for the climate in your destination. Sun protection is always essential, while warm layers may be most appropriate in cooler regions.
In the evening, smart casual attire is required in the main and specialty dining venues, as well as the Celebrity Theatre. Think comfortable but tasteful dresses, skirts, long pants or jeans paired with a stylish top or suitable button-down. Shorts, flip-flops, tank tops and pool wear are not permitted in these venues.
Celebrity’s traditional formal nights have been replaced by Evening Chic. These occasions invite you to dress to impress. Think cocktail dresses, elegant shirts with slacks or designer jeans, or even a tuxedo or gown if you wish. Jackets and ties are optional, so you can choose how glamorous you want to go.
Casual dining options like the Oceanview Café and outdoor grills remain relaxed, and jeans are welcome in the main dining room as long as they’re neat and free of rips or tears. For guidance, check your daily program delivered to your stateroom for the evening’s dress code.
Don’t forget to pack appropriate gear for the excursions you have planned, particularly if you might be hiking and exploring, or visiting mosques, temples or churches. You’ll also want active wear if you plan to hit the gym or one of the onboard sports facilities.
